Jay Wilson brings a wealth of experience and an infectious enthusiasm to his role as a personal trainer. Holding a degree in Communications from Western Illinois University, Jay honed his ability to motivate and connect with people from all walks of life. He was formerly a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness.
With a lifelong passion for sports, cultivated through participating in soccer, basketball, football, and baseball from childhood through high school, Jay derives immense joy from inspiring clients of all fitness levels to push beyond their limits and unlock their full potential.
His genuine care for his clients' well-being shines through in every session, as he guides them towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
When not training clients, Jay loves to unwind through travel, especially international adventures, where he can immerse himself in new cultures and experiences. Make sure to say hi when you see him around the gym!
