Nate Kesterson

Nate has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2007. Nate attended Northeast Missouri State University and has completed PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program) training levels 1 and 2, and BioSignature Level 1.

As a father of three and business owner, Nate understands the balancing act required to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To Nate, fitness is more than a career—it’s his calling. He loves to learn and discover new strategies that will help his clients get the results they are looking for.

Nate is passionate about showing his clients their full potential, and he enjoys providing the direction they need to achieve goals they never thought possible. He genuinely loves coming to work every day because he gets the joy of seeing clients achieve new things and improve their own lives.
